We want you to love every item in your Sixxta order.
However, if your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the item must:

•⁠  ⁠Be in the same condition as when it was received.
•⁠  ⁠Not have been worn, washed, modified, or altered.
•⁠  ⁠Retain its original tags.
•⁠  ⁠Be returned in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

What happens after we receive your return?

Once we receive the item, our team will perform a quality check within a maximum of 3 business days.

If the return meets the established conditions, we will proceed with the refund.

The refund will be issued within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date the returned product is received, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

In exceptional cases, we may request a bank account in the name of the original purchaser to process the refund.

Important
Cash refunds are not issued at our physical stores.

Sixxta reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions mentioned above.
