We hope you are delighted with every order from Sixxta. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), you have 30 days from the delivery date to return your order for a refund or exchange.

To request an exchange or refund of a garment, please contact us by e-mail at info@sixxta.com.

All products must be returned unused and with all tags attached, using a return slip provided by our email address.

 

Once the item(s) have been received, revised, and approved you will be issued exchange or refund to the original form of payment within 15 days. Notification via email will be issued.
