Refund policy

We hope you love every Sixxta order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return the item and request a refund.

Product conditions

To be eligible for a return, the garment must be:

Returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused, with its original tags and original packaging.
The return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

What happens once we receive the garment?

We will carry out a quality inspection within a maximum of 3 business days.

If the garment meets the required conditions, we will proceed with the refund.

The refund will be issued within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date we receive the returned product.

The refund will be made through the same payment method used for the purchase.

In exceptional cases, we may request a bank account in the customer's name to process the refund.

Important: We do not issue cash refunds at our physical stores.
