El Solar

In this last collection of the year, my inspiration comes from the traditional "solares" of Girón, where you can watch the sunset from the patio while receiving visitors and catching up on plans with those lifelong friends (my aunts’ friends). I always remember the time for coffee and cookies, with the open sky of the patios, the stars beginning to appear, the sound of the church bells from the park, and the little birds everything in one place. I also remembered the pets of the houses, filling the afternoons with noise and company for the aunts, and this too inspired me. Every element had a place in this story. This time, our little dog Fiesta is the protagonist of the collection, representing the pets of the "solar" with her joy, her restless energy, and her unique spots. Also, the stars that represent "nos cogió el tarde" while gossiping, the stripes on the walls, bathroom curtains, floors, skirts, and so on... We hope this last collection brings back beautiful memories of the "solar" for you too.
